Dear Ladies and Gentlemen

Actually everybody can draw pictures, but not everybody has been given a talent to draw what he is thinking about, what he feels and sees. Thanks to Heaven, I manage to express my vision like political cartoons. In spite of the fact that this genre is generally quite bold, but it is also rather difficult. As a geoscientist I have authored a great deal of research papers and books. I have actually never had free time, but my hobby was cartoon drawing. I have been drawing for over 50 years expressing my vision on burning issues of the current moment my brain got rest and in fact I got moral satisfaction of what I have done. A s a cartoonist I exposed my drawings at several expositions in our Republic and beyond. However, recent events happened in my homeland associated with impudent and bloody provocation of armenian fascists against my peaceful people has expired my second wind and comprehension of emerging events. My irreversible opinion consists of the fact that armenian terrorism and separatism is headed not only against Azerbaijan, but actually against peace throughout Caucasus region. Nevertheless, this dirty and harmful action has not got relevant condemnation worldwide. At the same time double standards has been and still remains a dominant factor of many leading countries foreign policy. That is what has just stimulated me to issue one more cartoon-album entitled "Terrorism is not to be" in which I tried to unravel the true image of wild fascist terrorists, extremists and separatists, including armenian ones. On my opinion terrorism and extremism is quite dangerous illness for mankind all over the world irrespective of their well being and position they got in society, color of skin, religion or political convictions and therefore must be nipped in the bud and buried. We must not reconcile horror and atrocity associated with this terrible ailment that has to be overwhelmingly combat and even declared war. Just in this case, I am sure, terrorism will be broken down and defeated. Then it will remain in the mankind history just as black shadow. Let people enjoy their life and their children and grandchildren would be aware about terrorism just from books
